On the day they SURPASSED any of our expectations.
This was an important event for my wife and I... we wanted something our friends and family could remember as a really fun time so arranging the right entertainment was key. As soon as I began reading through the Alive Network website I knew this was a professional organisation. Terms of business were clear, and the choice of artists very extensive. When I’d decided on what I needed the actual booking was really easy and having a personal contact really made me feel confident that I was being taken care of. All promises of contact and pre-event checks happened exactly as was stated so I just knew there would be no issues on the day - and that meant I could focus on other aspects that needed my attention. The evening band we chose was Live Wires. We had been impressed with their demos, their repertoire and reviews. On the day they SURPASSED any of our expectations. A really friendly bunch of guys who know what they are doing. Having told them where we needed setting up –they just did it, allowing me to carry on enjoying the event. Their performances where OUTSTANDING, with a really good sound. They are attentive to audience needs and really know how to make the party buzz. I cannot state enough for anyone looking for a band to satisfy a mixed generation audience, and make a party work - this is the band you must have. -
Their performance truly delivered.
Live Wires appealed to all ages at the wedding and their performance truly delivered. I knew the investment was worth it the first second they started to play their first song and the dance floor was packed in an instance! I would like to thank both the band and the Alive Network for such a professional package. The wedding was truly enhanced by your services and I could not of asked for more on the day. Thank you all! -
Live Wires surpassed my expectations.
Overall I was very pleased with both Alive Network and Live Wires. Alive Network allowed the booking and all the necessary details to be done quickly and they offered lots of friendly advice on choosing the right band for our event. I was anxious about the performance as I had never booked a live band before but Live Wires surpassed my expectations and they got all the guests up dancing and singing which I'm sure everyone enjoyed. Live Wires were excellent.
Live Wires were excellent in every department. They didn’t disappoint and really got the party going. They totally lived up to all the positive comments on the website. Would definitely use them again for any future events. -
The Live Wires sounded great.
The Live Wires sounded great, had a fantastic set list chosen just for us according to our taste and they kept the dancefloor filled until it closed at midnight - they even learnt a speech from Back to the Future just to give us a special moment. I really can't fault them and would book them again in a heartbeat! Alive Network made it so much easier to see what I would get when looking for entertainment for our wedding. I could see what I would pay and how I could customize it, so there were no surprises. Simple, easy and very, very professional - you feel every step of the way as though someone is watching over your booking to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. -
The quality of every song they played was first class.
I wanted to say a huge thank you for playing at our wedding on Saturday. The band was fantastic, both sets were brilliant. They kept the dance floor full all night and their song choices were fantastically well judged. All of our guests commented how good the band was and created such a great atmosphere at the reception. The quality of every song they played was first class, these lads really are one the best live bands we have ever seen. Also they where all professional, polite, friendly and punctual. They really helped to make our wedding such special day. 5 stars lads without a doubt!!! -
They were brilliant.
Just a quick note to thank you for playing at my 50th bash last night at the Post House. It was an excellent set, expertly judged and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone there. Without exception the guests have all been asking about you guys – “Where did you find that band? They were brilliant.” I agree, really great night all round and you guys absolutely made it. Pretty Vacant was a top way to end the night. I look forward to seeing you again sometime. Thanks again for a fantastic night. Please pass on my regards to the rest of the band and thank them all for a memorable time. -
Live Wires were fantastic.
An excellent booking system coupled with very professional staff and musicians made Alive Network a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them to my colleagues and friends and the band Live Wires were as fantastic as we remembered. Most of our 260 Wedding guests were up dancing and commented how good they were. -
Live Wires were simply superb!
Live Wires were simply superb! We booked them to play at our wedding and they did not disappoint. They provided really cool, chilled out acoustic sets during our drinks reception which really enhanced an already celebratory mood. They were soooo polite and such nice guys. My new wife and I spoke to them several times during the day and night and they were just great. They seemed genuinely happy to be there which personalised it for us as it didn't feel like they were just dong their job. Their evening set was amazing. Such a wide range of songs were played all of which got the party going and our guest literally clapped them off stage at the end. Loads of our friends and family asked who they were. One guest knew who they were as soon as she saw them as she's seen them at at least two other weddings and she was mega excited when she realised they were our entertainment - that tells you everything. I must also mention Clare at Alive Network who was organised and professional throughout the booking and provided the reassurance we needed when making a booking of this type over the Internet. Overall, if I ever needed to impress guests of any sort again in the future I would definitely book Live Wires, I wouldn't even look around elsewhere! -
The band and experience was awesome many people commented about the band and how great they were. Also have enquired for there details for future events. I would say Live Wires made a great day for me and my wife an even better one.
