They are as good live as they are on their sound clips.
We were extremely happy with Live Wire’s performance. They played all songs that we requested and a good mixture of other songs from their excellent set list, which kept all our guests happy. They even agreed to learn a new song for us for our first dance, but then were totally flexible when we changed our mind, which we really appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend this highly talented band to others. They are the ideal wedding entertainment – they have an excellent varied set list for guests of all ages to enjoy, and they execute every song to perfection. They are as good live as they are on their sound clips and video footage. -
Live Wires were excellent.
Their performance was excellent. People were surprised in relation to how well they were able to play songs from many different genres to such a high level and interacted well with the guests. The measure of how good they were was that the dance floor was full for the whole evening. The evening went really well and Live Wires were excellent. I have only had very positive feedback this morning. -

From initial booking with Clare at Alive Network to the Live Wires playing at our wedding, the whole process was stress free. Booking couldn't be easier and I felt safe and secure booking with Alive Network due to all of the positive reviews. Once booked I had a long time to wait until the wedding, but sure enough, a few weeks before the day Clare contacted me with details of Live Wires and who to speak with regarding song choices etc. I contacted Live Wires and they were excellent. They let us pick some songs and the rest we left to them (well, they are the professionals!). The day arrived and Lives Wires arrived on time, looking sharp and outperformed our expectations. They were simply amazing! From 50's through to more recent times their song choices were excellent and there talent clear for all to see. We had an amazing time... And they provided a DJ option for free so we danced long in to the night! We can't thank you enough for helping us with our booking. We had an amazing day! -
Live Wires are the perfect band for getting people dancing.
Live Wires are the perfect band for getting people dancing and creating a great atmosphere. I would book them again and certainly recommend them to anyone wanting a live guitar band. They are a really nice group of guys who made the whole evening fun from setting up efficiently to a rousing finale. Our guests commented on how good the band were and as we wanted a live band to create a party atmosphere but not to be tacky the Live Wires were perfect. Alive Network made the whole process very easy and all dealings with them were timely and professional, they clearly know what they are doing and make it easy for the customer. -

We couldn't have chosen a band more suited to us.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Live Wires for performing such a fantastic set at our wedding on 27th Sept! We couldn't have chosen a band more suited to us or our guests and they kept the dance floor packed for the whole night - in fact we probably could've ordered a larger dance floor, everyone had so much fun! Thank you so much and we would not hesitate to recommend the band for any functions! They were superb! -
Live Wires performance was fantastic.
For an event as important to us as our wedding making the booking through Alive Networks really worked for us. It meant that we felt confident that we were working with professionals, it removed unnecessary stress and we could focus on all the other arrangements we needed to make for our big day. On the day, Live Wires’ performance was fantastic, they are a talented bunch of guys and nice with it, too. We had an amazing day and the guys really contributed to making it unforgettable. -
On the day they SURPASSED any of our expectations.
This was an important event for my wife and I... we wanted something our friends and family could remember as a really fun time so arranging the right entertainment was key. As soon as I began reading through the Alive Network website I knew this was a professional organisation. Terms of business were clear, and the choice of artists very extensive. When I’d decided on what I needed the actual booking was really easy and having a personal contact really made me feel confident that I was being taken care of. All promises of contact and pre-event checks happened exactly as was stated so I just knew there would be no issues on the day - and that meant I could focus on other aspects that needed my attention. The evening band we chose was Live Wires. We had been impressed with their demos, their repertoire and reviews. On the day they SURPASSED any of our expectations. A really friendly bunch of guys who know what they are doing. Having told them where we needed setting up –they just did it, allowing me to carry on enjoying the event. Their performances where OUTSTANDING, with a really good sound. They are attentive to audience needs and really know how to make the party buzz. I cannot state enough for anyone looking for a band to satisfy a mixed generation audience, and make a party work - this is the band you must have. -
Their performance truly delivered.
Live Wires appealed to all ages at the wedding and their performance truly delivered. I knew the investment was worth it the first second they started to play their first song and the dance floor was packed in an instance! I would like to thank both the band and the Alive Network for such a professional package. The wedding was truly enhanced by your services and I could not of asked for more on the day. Thank you all!
