Live Wires played at our wedding in Suffolk on Saturday 17th April 2010 and were absolutely fantastic. Both myself, my husband and our guests would all highly recommend the band to others, the members are extremely talented and offer a good range of music. They played "Can't take my eyes off you" by Andy Williams and it was the perfect first song and brought everyone onto the dance floor, the enthusiasm the band put into this song (and every other song) was outstanding! -
Booking a band to play at your wedding is a big decision. Firstly, we would like to thank Alive Network for their excellent service throughout the booking. Secondly, we would like to say a massive thank you to Live Wires who were excellent. The dance floor was packed from the first song until the last and everyone we've spoken to about our wedding has said just how much they enjoyed the band. We were hopeful they would be good having listened to them online beforehand but there was still an element of uncertainty as for us the band were a huge part of the evening. We loved their performance and they all seemed like nice guys. The evening reception started late which impacted the band's start time but they were very flexible and added this time onto the final set so we didn't miss out. We had an amazing wedding and thank Live Wires for the part they played in it.

Gary and I have just returned from honeymoon and would really like to say just how fantastic Live Wires were on our wedding day. Completely professional and a great bunch of guys - they truly made our day one to remember and had people dancing from start to finish! There were no end of compliments from our guests, young and old, for the band's amazing performance. I've heard that one of our guests is wanting to book the guys for their kids 16th birthday whilst another wants to book the band for their 50th - superb evening. I just wanted to say that we thought Lives Wires were absolutely brilliant and they absolutely made our night do!! All of our friends loved them, and they kept everyone dancing all night which was great. I am so so glad that we booked them. Great bunch of lads!! I would definately recommend them to anyone! Live Wires guys were fantastic. Everyone really enjoyed them and it was very nice that they played the first dance. It was very unexpected. Very professional and they knew how and what to play. I appreciate all the help you gave us and we have recommended alive to other people for events as well as the band.

From the initial enquiry with Alive Network, about a quote for the service of Live Wires, right through to the performance from the band, was brilliant and Live Wires were truly exceptional – all down to earth, pleasant lads. There is no pressurised selling from Alive Network and they spent a lot of time dealing with our initial enquiries and giving us quotes for different bands. On a personal note, if you are looking to book a band for your party – book Live Wires. I have attended a lot of gigs, concerts and party’s and I have never had so much positive feedback from the members of staff with regards to a great night. Personal highlights for many were the band’s version of Kings of Leon’s ‘Sex on Fire’. I will certainly be booking this band again for my own personal use, but at the same time, I am confused as to why they haven’t got a record deal! You won’t be disappointed.

I can honestly say that the guys helped to make our evening reception the great night it was. Many of our guests commented on how fantastic the band were and they managed to get everybody up and dancing. Our only regret is that we didn’t really get to see too much of them with everything else that was going on. We were expecting our first dance (Use Somebody) to be to the original artist but the band’s version of the song was excellent and was a welcome surprise. Our warmest thanks go to the guys for helping to make our wedding day so memorable.

I thought Live Wires were great. Good bunch of lads who were friendly, professional and played a good selection of music. They had the dance floor packed. I was really pleased. Please pass on my thanks to Matt and the rest of the band.

An absolutely fantastic service from the first call to the last note played. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional which helped things run so smoothly and helped our wedding day to be perfect! We would definitely book them again! Awesome!!!!!
